Who We Work With
For large corporations Connected path can act as an external facilitator to deliver specific courses as part of a business's training needs. We can also work with small businesses who are taking their first steps into investing in staff development and training programs. We are able to support smaller businesses that want to learn together with limited resources.
How We Work
It is vital that from the outset we work with stakeholders to understand the objectives of training. This enables us to define key outcomes and success metrics.
We tailor every program’s content and key messages to the needs of the attendees, this includes preparing materials and designing bespoke training sessions.
Training is delivered as a half day, full day or longer course, with on-hand facilitators for either 1:1 sessions or group sessions. We don’t believe in burdening individuals with masses of paper handouts as these are rarely looked at after the training, they take up space and are bad for the environment. Instead we opt to provide tools and techniques that attendees can put into practice after they leave the room.
Different to many training providers, we work with every client to curate post-training outcomes and ways to objectively assess how individuals have absorbed the training and whether it has changed how they work. Working with businesses to help set these objectives means training costs are much more tangible.
